Face coverings required for entry

On June 27 we began requiring all customers to wear face coverings over their mouth and nose when shopping at any Co-op store, with the following exceptions:

• Persons age two years or younger;
• Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering;
• Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.

While supplies last, a limited number of disposable masks are available at the store entry point for customers who did not bring their own. Inside the store, we have adult- and child-sized reusable face coverings available for sale.

Our COVID-19 precautions are subject to change based on the phase of the Dane Forward plan, COVID positive test result trends and other factors. For current information and updates, check willystreet.coop/coronavirus.

Online shopping service updates

A few updates have been made to our online shopping service (shop.willystreet.coop), which offers pick-up and delivery options:

• We’ve made it easier to see what delivery and pick-up days and times are open. Click on the FAQ button on the homepage and you’ll see a list.
• Curbside pick-up is now an option. You don’t have to come into the store; we can bring it out to you.

The site is still not optimized for mobile devices; that continues to be a work-in-progress.

September is Eat Local Month

September is Eat Local Month at the Co-op. It’s our tenth year of using the month to highlight our wide variety of locally grown, locally raised and locally made products. (We define “local” as the area within 150 miles of the state capitol building or anywhere in Wisconsin.)
