Check out Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR), your local recreation provider, for a fun summer packed with activities for all ages. Check out these engaging summer programs:

Art Cart: Brings free art activities to many Northside stops. Go to mscr.org for a complete schedule.

Basketball Skills Clinic: Covers skills, rules, team play, sportsmanship and scrimmage games for boys and girls in grades 1‒5, Saturdays, June 16‒July 21, at Warner Park Community Recreation Center (WPCRC).

Fitness: The FIT2GO Van provides free, fun fitness at local parks, farmers markets and other events. Go to mscr.org for more information. Youth and adult fitness classes are available at several locations, including WPCRC. Childcare during classes is available Mondays‒Thursdays, 5‒8 pm.

Soccer Day Camps: One-week sessions, June 18‒Aug, 24, for ages 3‒grade 8, mornings or full-day options. The camps are held at a variety of locations.

Swimming: Lessons are available at East, Memorial and West High Schools all summer. Open and lap swim is also available.

Tennis: Tennis lessons for youth and adults take place at Door Creek Park, East High School, Kennedy Park, La Follette High School, Olbrich Park, Reindahl Park and several other locations.
