Circle of Friends

The Circle of Friends (CoF) of Warner Park Community Recreation Center (WPCRC)
has been contacted by several people in the last few months in support of the Warner Aquatic Center, including a donation of $5,000 for the Aquatic Center fund. 

In December we met with Park Superintendent Eric Knepp to discuss a time frame for the expansion of WPCRC to add additional activity rooms. Knepp assured us he will be working with the CoF to make sure the expansion does not take up the only area connected to the WPCRC that will support a recreation and competition pool.

We are looking for someone to get the CoF webpage up and running again. If you are interested in taking this on, please contact me at dborchardt1@charter.net.

Election Day, April 7, is Cookie Day at WPCRC. Volunteers bake and sell cookies to raise funds for the WPCRC. Be sure to stop by our table.

CoF membership is open to all residents that want to be part of WPCRC’s continuing growth and success. Board members are selected from members with time to participate on a working board. Our board members are all volunteers; we have no paid staff. New members and volunteers are always welcome. Go Northside!
