ARTS for ALL Wisconsin

ARTS for ALL Wisconsin will have a virtual awards celebration for the annual Call for Art May 15 at 1 pm via Facebook Live.

Each year ARTS for ALL invites submissions of artwork and poetry from Wisconsin residents with disabilities ages five and up as part of the annual Call for Art, an entirely free program for all entrants.

All submissions are juried by arts professionals who look for creativity, originality and craftsmanship in awarding ten visual artworks and four poems. All award-winning art and poetry will be added to Creative Power, a traveling exhibition. The exhibition provides public recognition of hundreds of individuals with disabilities each year.

All entries will be part of the 2021 Virtual Call for Art Exhibition online in April and May, providing public recognition of hundreds of individuals with disabilities at the Call for Art event.

Ten Creative Power Awards will be given for visual art in four age categories: adult, young adult, youth and child. Four Merit Awards, one in each age category, will also be awarded. And for the first time ever, Call for Art includes poetry. One person in each age category will be recognized for their poem.

You can view the virtual 2021 ARTS for ALL Wisconsin Call for Art Awards Saturday, May 15, at 1 pm, on Facebook Live (facebook.com/ArtsforAllWi/live).

The mission of ARTS for ALL Wisconsin is to expand the capabilities, confidence and quality of life for children and adults with disabilities throughout Wisconsin by providing programs in the arts. More information is at artsforallwi.org.
