In response to COVID-19, WPCRC staff have been redeployed to different sections of the Madison Parks Division.  WPCRC staff are providing on-going support to the emergency men’s shelter, parks maintenance and payroll, Goodman Pool and golf courses, communication with the public and community stakeholders, program planning, and preparation for a phased reopening of the center.

WPCRC remains closed and is currently being used as an emergency shelter facility.  The timeline that the center will be used for these purposes is uncertain, but it will be at least August before we reopen to the public. All exercise room memberships will be extended to credit time we were closed due to COVID-19. If you do not feel comfortable returning, we will issue a prorated refund upon request.
