With support of Northside News volunteer reporter Daniel Bradley

Meet Daniel. He was born in Beloit to a father who was a dentist and a mother who worked at home, raising he and his four siblings. Among other places, he’s lived in Beloit, La Crosse and Madison. And he’s lived on the Northside now for over 20 years.

I met Daniel last fall. He reached out with thoughtful enthusiasm about an idea he had for the Northside News. It matched perfectly with our Many Voices Initiative.

Meet the Northside Voices project. Northside Voices shares the stories of people who live, work & play on the Northside through photos and brief interviews. As a volunteer writer, Daniel will help us launch Northside Voices. As a frequent bus rider, he will help capture these stories in transit: photographs and words from others whose schedules keep them crisscrossing the Northside. As a reader and resident, he will help us to answer the question: what does it mean to be a Northsider?
