After many years of dedication to the Northside News, ad sales manager Lauri Lee is stepping down to focus on her other roles with the Northside Planning Council. Lauri served as editor and advertising manager of the Northside News from 2009-2013 and as business writer and proofreader in 2013 until returning as advertising manager as 2014.

We’re happy that this transition is not a farewell, though. Lauri will remain ever-present on the Northside, staying involved with the Northside News as a business writer and proofreader and continuing to serve on the Northside Planning Council Board of Directors, the FEED Operating Committee, the FEED Bakery Operating Committee and the Chair of the Northside Economic Development Coalition.

We are excited to welcome our second new team member of the year, Colin Murray. Colin will begin managing ad sales this June while continuing to serve as Executive Director of Dane Buy Local. Colin brings a wealth of experience from his time handling advertising at The Madison Times, BRAVA Magazine and Isthmus Publishing.
