Patrina serves as board vice president of the Kennedy Heights Community Center (KHCC), and, earlier this year, when she recognized that the center needed critical assistance, she mobilized to bring additional resources and attention to this important community asset. Since then, she continues to play an active role there, helping when the center is short staffed, problem-solving with individual staff members and even rolling up her sleeves to clean. Her integrity, her deep commitment to the Northside and to the children served by KHCC and the unflagging energy she puts forth to make sure everything she does reaches its full potential makes Patrina an invaluable leader on the Northside. We are lucky to have such a passionate, thoughtful individual invested in our community. Patrina was nominated by Lorri Wendorf.
