Bear & Bottle will celebrate its second anniversary by showcasing local artists during the citywide Gallery Night, Friday, May 3. The popular gathering spot is collaborating with the NorthSide Artists Group (NSAG) to present “Northside Neighbors,” artwork that will include oil, mixed media and watercolor paintings, photographs and nature drawings. These pieces, reflecting the diverse human and wildlife populations that enrich our Northside community, will be on display throughout May and June at 601 N. Sherman Ave.

Co-owner Marcus Schiel has been working on this project since early January. The restaurant is happy to open its doors for exhibition space. Likewise, NSAG appreciates the restaurant’s continued sponsorship of local artists.
