Endearment Unlimited is a nonmedical, in-home service provider offering support and care that is personalized and tailored to meet the care needs of infants, children, adults and seniors who are medically challenged either by age or a disability. The services aim to empower, serve and help these individuals attain a higher level of independence no matter what their challenges are in life.

The business is owned by Shaunté McCullum and was launched in March 2018 on the east side of Madison. She moved the business to 2801 International Lane, Suite 208 in July to serve Dane, Rock and Columbia counties.

“The services offered by Endearment Unlimited add value to each client’s life, and in the process, offer peace of mind to loved ones,” said McCullum. The in-home care services include personal care, respite, supportive home care and daily living skills training. Clients can arrange for light housekeeping, medication reminders and management, transportation and attendant to medical appointments, transportation and supervision to community activities, companionship and more. Endearment Unlimited accepts payments using private pay, private insurance, Veterans Affairs and Medicaid.

McCullum has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Social Science and completed a year of her master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She found her passion in working with those with physical and cognitive disabilities for over five years and held various roles throughout her career before venturing out on her own.

“I founded my company to be able to offer a higher standard of care and meaningful services while never having to compromise my values, morals or integrity — which is something I will never do. I’m a very spiritual person and felt this was God’s plan for me to take this direction of starting my own business directing services for the aging and disabled population,” she shared.
