A yummy breakfast, a visit with Santa, and going home with a goody bag make children giggle and their eyes sparkle every year at the annual Northside Business Association Breakfast with Santa. The event is Saturday, Dec. 7, from 8–11 am, at the Esquire Club, 2012 N. Sherman Ave., and not only warms the heart, it also provides a delicious hot pancake breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, juice and coffee.

Tickets are $6 for adults and youth age 12 and up, $4 for ages 3–11, and free for children under age 3. Tickets are also available for purchase by residents interested in donating tickets that will be distributed to children who might not otherwise be able to participate. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at DuWayne’s Salon, Kavanaugh’s Esquire Club, Old National Bank and The UPS Store. Personal care items are also being collected at the event that will go to food pantries at Northside schools. NBA volunteers plan and staff the event so more money can be donated to The River Food Pantry and Lakeview Lutheran food pantry.
