Juice bar and made-to-order sandwiches
By the time you read this, Willy North should have a juice bar and made-to-order sandwich options. (If it doesn’t, it will very soon.) Like at our other stores, customers will be able to order fresh juices or smoothies from our menu, or come up with their own combinations. We can also make you coffee drinks (including espresso drinks) or choose from a variety of seasonal tea selections. Also like our other stores, customers can order sandwiches from our menu, including vegan, gluten-free and kid-friendly options. Want extra mayo or none at all? We’ll adjust accordingly.
Call for artwork
If you shop at Willy North, you may have noticed the artwork on the walls in our Commons at the front of the store. Every two months, we feature a different local artist’s artwork. Do you have artwork you’d like to show off? Get on our list by contacting Willy North’s Owner Resource Coordinator Robert Halstead at 509-3120 or r.halstead@willystreet.coop. You can also leave a note for him at the Willy North Customer Service desk. There’s no fee for us showing your artwork; we are, however, booked through the summer at this point.
Reminder about Double Dollars
Every Tuesday through March 13, any Willy Street Co-op shopper using their FoodShare/QUEST card to purchase groceries is eligible to receive up to $20 worth of Double Dollars coupons. For every $5 you spend using FoodShare/QUEST for any FoodShare/QUEST eligible items, the Co-op will give you one $5 Double Dollars Coupon, up to $20. These coupons can help purchase any item in our produce department at any of our stores any day of the week.
Not a Willy Street Co-op Owner? No problem.
Anyone can shop at all Willy Street Co-op stores. It’s easy and affordable to become an Owner, and you’ll get Owner-only sale prices plus other benefits. Plus, those eligible for a financial assistance program may also be eligible for our Access Payment Plan and Access Discount. The Payment Plan makes it easier to become a Co-op Owner by making smaller equity payments over a longer period of time: $4 per year for 14 years for individuals and $7 per year for 14 years for households.
