The Friends of Lakeview Branch Library hold their next Quarterly Book Sale Saturday, Dec. 10, 9 am‒4 pm, with a members-only sale Friday, Dec. 9, 6–7:45 pm and a Saturday bag sale 2‒4 pm. There are always great bargains, and all proceeds fund library programs.
Animals of Mexico

A fun and active fitness class for children and their parent or caregiver. Learn songs, games and exercises that can be used on a daily basis. Mindfulness, wellness and self-esteem are also emphasized. Teacher Venus Washington, owner of R U Fit Fitness Company, is excited to share her tips and knowledge with you. Drop-in Preschool Storytime

A happy blend of stories, fingerplays and songs that help preschool children develop print and phonologic awareness, vocabulary, letter knowledge and narrative skills. Groups are welcome, no registration is required.
