Neighborhood Intervention Program helped the Friends of Lake View Hill Park restore the picnic area across from the former Nurses’ Dormitory. The area was brushed out, debris was removed from the platform, and the table was secured and painted.

We plan to repurpose the former drainage slough as a landscape feature with native prairie grasses and flowers from Dane County Parks’ prairie restoration seed stock.
