Clean Lakes Alliance, in partnership with the City of Madison Parks Division and a grant from the Madison Community Foundation, is engaging in a community conversation to celebrate and rejuvenate the watershed, including a conceptual design contest to reimagine Warner Beach.

Professional designers, students of all ages and community members are answering the call to offer visions for Warner Beach along the Lake Mendota shoreline. So far nearly 50 entrants have registered to participate in the Reimagining Warner Beach design contest, and the Clean Lakes Alliance is eagerly awaiting submittals.

The driving goals are to improve water quality, sustainability, accessibility and place making for the shoreline park and its community. The contest deadline is fast-approaching — January 15, 2018, at 11:59 pm. Visit cleanlakesalliance.org/warner-beach-design-contest for more information.
